Some of the Greek staff is demanding higher salaries and we have been working a lot on creating a team feeling across the Atlantic.
New weekly reporting procedures
We have introduced a weekly reporting procedure that I will present.
Staff costs demands
Katerina who has been the lowest paid, got a 200 EUR deserved raise. Nikos made a sudden demand of 2600 EUR up from 1200 EUR which obviously we will not meet, but we need to offer him something for him to stay.
