Patent Purchase POP
What we are actually buying is a provisional patent pending that we do not know will succeed to become a patent. Both patent lawyers and ChatGPT are telling me that it is different from the Chinese POP and will result in patent.
The Chinese are also only protected in China and the US, not Europe, but they could maybe claim prior art to make our patent invalid.
It is risky, but less risky than that Forza or another big competitors gets their hands on it.
To reduce risks and to enable a smart selling strategy, I have made the excuse that since Parklife has the license agreement signed with the Chinese, we will use AirPitch International to sign this patent rights agreement.
