It is time to create a discount campaign for Spring to push some SKUs that are not selling well enough.

The Hamburg warehouse strategy is in effect and cost-savings are expected both short and longer term.

For the Beast, we will begin to phase this out in the US market due to logistics/shipping costs (incl. Trump tariffs) giving poor margins. The new 8x3 BazookaGoal is expected to effectively replace the Beast longer term.

We are very proactively working with the Denver warehouse to reduce shipping costs in general and make communications between the sales team and them more efficient. This is starting to have effect.

Longer term we want to look at own warehousing options in Texas. We might begin with AirPitch warehousing from next container as a start.
AirPitch Stock
We have almost 500k USD worth of AirPitch stock that we need to move out faster as it is expensive in storage.

We are working on getting footage for a backyard campaign we will do, plus club campaign with big discounts.

The AirPitch is facing multiple challengers, including FORZA who copied everything we do this month.
