We have increased staff numbers and spend a lot. We need to discuss and decide who are pulling their weight and who we might have to consider dropping. First of all this is related to our consultants:

Jake: $5500 per month.

Big improvement lately and multiple initiatives which will lead to success. I have also approved his idea of recruiting a nationwide sales force on commission basis. He has already found 3 or 4 signing up.

Adam: EUR 2500 per month.

Responsible for B2B key accounts worldwide. Pushed SportsPoland and Europlay to buy Alu goals and increased their order amounts as a result. Following up Mauro and FutbolEmotions in Spain (on my command) and is in general an important piece of the sales team now.

Mauro: EUR 1500 per month.

Still on the fence about him, but lately he is making more progress including a meeting with Barcelona happening this week after good feedback from them.

Peter: $1500 per month.

Extremely experienced and service minded consultant which is worth his money for now at least. He got us Challenger Sports as BazookaGoal reseller and close to getting a big AirPitch sale. Also part of 3v3 USA/AirPitch USA project actively.

Nikos: EUR 800 per month.

Product designer taking over from the sad fact that Yannis is no longer with us. He is less experienced, but has several skillsets useful for us including the rendering design of all our products and more. On a 6 months trial after his internship.

I recommend keeping everyone onboard until the new year at least.
