Product Development
We give a brief report of the existing product development status, but more importantly, we need to discuss and decide what we should focus on and how wide we should spread.
ALUMINIUM GOAL
The first PO has been placed in China with 3000 units mixed models.

We are a bit concerned that the goals are a bit light and tip backwards when shot hard in the crossbar, so we are developing a weight solution to counter this.

We also suspect that due to the fact that PVC crossbar is heavier than the side-poles, it adds to the backward momentum.

We are testing some variations, including adding lead inside the lower side-poles and other weight designs that you attach externally.

We are also creating a new extrusion tool to make a full frame aluminium goal with 2mm thickness. This will add around 1kg and also distribute the weight better. It is not so much more expensive and could become the future of Bazookagoals.

This show one of several external weight feet designs which has the added benefit of rubberised material for better friction and more protection on flooring and hard surfaces.
Semi Permanent Carry strap attachment
We have received a lot of feedback that the carry strap is the part coaches like the least about our goal. The main reason we think is that it falls off too easily and get lost. We also experienced at the Soccer convention that the metal clips were too wide and it made it annoying to fold it and then it kept falling off.

The solution is a velcro attachment on one side only and metal clip on the other (upper when goal is folded). It is simple and well proven concept that will not limit the functionality.

Bazooka Training Gear product range.
The sample order has been made with the Indian manufacturer and includes a wide range of training accessories that will be launched under the slogan: BAZOOKA - More than a goal.
Product Photoshoot at Real Madrid
Karim has arranged to get a day at the Real Madrid Academy Vadebebas training ground where we will do a photoshoot of all our products.
Time to make a Bazooka version of the FuntoPlay?
We have a lot of feedback from the US market that the Alphagol and Forza goal copies of FuntoPlay is selling like crazy and at very high prices and margins. We need to get in on the party before it is too late.

It is clear that a lot of coaches for older age groups believe that this folding goal is better than Bazookagoal, while our goal is seen as a very convenient goal for younger player coaching.

The key is to do a tidy and clear differentiation strategy between the two brands. There are some benefits that some clients will prefer for each goal type. That is a fact. We could either launch it as sub brand of Bazooka, or with its own name and "by Bazooka". Tank Goal. Ace Goal etc.

We have received a sample from a Chinese factory (unfortunately not Indian) which in my opinion is as good or better as the original and at a good 90USD FOB price including oxidation finish.
This is Forza's goal range with different names.
PANNAGOAL
(BazookaGoal Sniper)
It has taken a backseat again due to various circumstances. China has done some final modifying of the tooling to telescope more smoothly and Yannis is sending the final net design shortly. Then we can begin production.

I had the idea this morning to maybe name it Sniper so just added it to remember:)
TORPEDONET
Yannis has finally received the last version from China and is fixing their mistakes, among other, the wrong type of spring coil. Should be able to produce this in the Spring and we might evaluate Greece manufacturing.
NEW DEVELOPMENT
This had to take a back seat due to US convention alu. goal preparations and more. It is back on track now and I hope for Early Spring production start.
