Safe and ideal for learning
Welcome to the latest WSG Partner Spot in collaboration with Salty Rides Water Sports. The spot is situated at the Vravrona beach, right next to the Dolce Athens Riviera hotel, and offers a combination of onshore North wind flat water to swells, with sandy beaches and turquoise colored sea. It is especially good for learning due to the large, shallow water sandy bay. During the main season (May-Oct.) you can expect winds from 4 to 7 Beaufort nearly every day, with swells typically from 0.5 to 1.5m. This is a dedicated spot for watersport launch and lessons including wingsurf, windsurf, kitesurf, and SUP. Be aware that we recommend Easterly North wind conditions and that the launch area is likely to get a bit crowded when the hotel guests starts arriving in June. Food and beverages can be found in the hotel's restaurant or from a walking distance taverna nearby.

Expect some gusty conditions. The spot is best with North-Eastern direction, however further out, it works also great on North.

Small waves which turn into larger swell further out. Big, safe bay with sandy, shallow conditions and turquoise colors.

There is a small beach for launching, or you can go in front of the hotel grass lounging area. Expect both to be a bit crowded with swimmers when the main summer season sets in.
