Managing stock levels & Optimising SKUs
We have decided to scale down on the number of training gear SKUs and also switch to the Chinese factory for these. There is too much high level competition, so Bazooka must stay niche, innovative, and different.

In the USA, we will only sell white mesh nets for the Aluminium goals and in general, scale down the PVC offering (except on Amazon).

For the Beast, we will focus 90% on the 150x100/5x3 size which is by far the most popular and less costly to ship than the 180x100/6x4. We need to keep more Beast in US stock as these are hot sellers.
AirPitch Stock
We took over the stock that was ordered by AirPitch USA due to ownership issues and it has been a success.

We need to order more ASAP for the US market.

The AirPitch market will be developed in collaboration with 3v3 USA, who is creating a Licensed Tournament concept with State partners and national roll-out.
