We have increased staff numbers and spend a lot. We need to discuss and decide who are pulling their weight and who we might have to consider dropping. First of all this is related to our consultants:

Jake: $7500 per month.

Lack of stock and difficult period due to season end and coaches on vacation. Will get two more months to prove himself. Perhaps we ask him to continue with less salary (which is too high). He has prospects interested to buy the full range and lots of goals, so hopefully he gets a big breakthrough now in the club budget buying period (July-Aug).

Adam: EUR 2500 per month.

Responsible for B2B key accounts worldwide. Doing a good networking job contacting everyone and following up, but very little proactive work to find new retailers. Will get two more months to prove himself.

Mauro: EUR 1500 per month.

Has opened the door to FutbolEmotions and important part of the Real Madrid meeting. Is about to open the door to ISL company who is operating in USA with Barcelona. Big potential, so we need to keep him one or two months more to see how it goes.

Peter: $1500 per months.

Extremely experienced and service minded consultant which is worth his money for now at least. He got us Challenger Sports as BazookaGoal reseller and close to getting a big AirPitch sale. Also part of 3v3 USA/AirPitch USA project actively.
