Managing stock levels & Optimising SKUs
It is time to create a BIG BANG Black Friday campaign to lower our stock level in EU, UK, and the USA.
We need to go a bit slow on 120x75 PVC in the UK due to the upcoming FA roll-out that could start in Jan-Feb.
For the US, we will focus on the SKUs that are not moving well, as we need to have enough main goals to sell due to tariff situation and Concacaf.
Since we will earn more money on even a 50% discount compared to selling the stock to 11ts, we have agreed that we will not empty the inventory until after BF.
The Hamburg warehouse will be emptied after BF.
For the Beast, we are phasing it out, as well as the 180x90/6x3'
We are very proactively working with the Denver warehouse to reduce shipping costs in general and make communications between the sales team and them more efficient. This is starting to have effect.
We are stepping up the ambition to get our own warehousing options in Texas.
