Market Strategy
Discussion around 3v3 World company structure and what Parklife's role will be in relations to their 3v3 UK and 3v3 Germany ownership.
Time to conquer the US market
BAZOOKAGOAL
We are moving into an exciting, but high risk, period of our company. There are geo political minefields we have to step carefully and plan ahead, but there are also enormous sales potential in especially Germany and the US. The online sales increase and strong USD encourage us further to focus on the US market.
Market Strategy Overview

BazookaGoal is now in a position to take on the US market and we want to go in strong. We have established a warehouse and retail partner in Texas named Soccer Innovations, and the first container will land there November 15th. This also includes the AirPitches for 3v3 USA. We also ship LCL directly to LA port with SKUs that are more urgent and in danger of selling out. This include BGO1 and BGXXL1.

In January, we will attend the annual Soccer Convention together with Soccer Innovations (sharing booth). This is a great opportunity to network with 3v3 USA guys and also potential Parklife buyers in the industry.

In Europe, we are going full steam ahead in Germany with some bigger orders and great relationships with FAs and Proclubs. We believe the sales will continue to rise here and we are close to a very big one which will be decided next week.

In the UK, our sales are increasing well this year, so far approx. £140000 in 2021 to £230000 in 2022. This is much due to our retail sales and it is proof that our decision to cut out our distributor was the right one. We also have much better control of the market and prices than before.

Other markets are under development, including France and Denmark. We have a small break through in the latter and I believe Karim will soon prove his worth in France.

Organization & People

We have employed Alina as full time logistics manager and she is doing a fantastic job. Fully autonomous already and dealing with very complex China PO planning, follow up and shipments to EU, USA, Canada, and Int.

We have had Alexia onboard part time for Ieva who is on child leave and she has performed very well. When Ieva is back, we aim to keep Alexia as part time and for the two of them to work together as a online sales management and customer service team.

We have employed a part time assistant to Hardy (two hours per day) to help him take care of the day to day tasks.

We have a new consultant in Spain who is helping us crack the regional FAs and proclub market there. It is a 3 months trial and we will evaluate end of next month.

3V3 WORLD
3v3 World will become the global leading Licensing & Advertising Management company for small-sided football tournaments and events.
Business Plan Overview

3v3 World will become the global leading Licensing & Advertising Management company for small-sided football tournaments and events.

We will develop a global network of National 3v3 License Partners (NLP) and provide everything each of these partners need for rapid market development and success. To make this happen, we need to have a strong, professional team, managing the NLPs and developing new markets.

The specialists skillsets we are looking for are within the fields of:

Online marketing and graphic design.
Processes, tools, and brand management.
Advertising and sponsorship sales (brand relationships).
Networking management (federations and pro clubs).
Tournament organization and structure manager.
General business management and investor relations.

Organization & People

We need to decide if 3v3 World needs to hire a dedicated team fulltime/part time. In my view, we need this from day one to look and act professionally towards our current NLPs and for the ongoing sales process of more NLPs.

There is a clear conflict of interest between hiring people currently working for Parklife or who are currently NLPs (Hardy/Mike). We need to decide if we are setting up a working BOD to begin with, consisting of shareholders from Parklife/NLPs, or if they should only have a observing and controlling role (not day to day).

There is also a big overlap of interest between Parklife/BazookaGoal and 3v3 World. We need to decide how this will be regulated with agreements and how this agreement should look.

The idea is that Parklife should separate completely from 3v3 development, while still maintain the big benefit 3v3 development provides in terms of product sales and exclusivity agreements (with FAs etc.).

If Parklife will continue to have ownership in any of the 3v3 ventures (UK, Germany, World), then we have to look at how the company can contribute actively in terms of funding and staff.

The big question is whether or not this is strategically wise since we are looking at an Exit in 2023 and do not want to reduce profits by investing in a "start-up" that might not make money for the first 2-3 years.

Regardless to all this, we need to more actively get involved and advice 3v3 Germany and 3v3 UK business development. Neither Hardy nor Mike are good business development people.

Hardy is selling his services too cheap and Mike is focusing too local. Both are moving towards a low-income, high-resources business set up.

3v3 Germany has a big potential because they have proven a national reach and have close ties to the FAs. 3v3 UK has shown potential in terms of local license expansion that could become profitable if it reaches a certain volume.

With the right management, I believe we could help each of these markets prosper.

Capital Investment

I would feel much more comfortable if we get a decent amount of capital from day one. This would allow us to set up a professional team and organization which can immediately support the current NPLs and the expansion.

We need to priorities creating an economic analysis of the 3v3 World's earning potential short, medium, and long term. Without this, it is impossible to go further.
